Our 100% Grade A syrup is harvested from our own hardwood forests and is free from any chemical or organic herbicides and pesticides. Our products are gluten and dairy free, and we never use artificial flavors, preservatives, or dyes.

Each bottle of Nova Maple Syrup is made following the International Grading System, ensuring that you can enjoy Grade-A Golden Delicate Taste, Amber Rich, Dark Robust, and Very Dark Strong options. We offer a variety of products, including maple syrup in gallon, half gallon, quart, pint, and half pint bottles, as well as maple sugar, maple cream, and melt-in-your-mouth maple candy.

Our tapping process of hard and soft maple trees begins in January or February and involves utilizing tubing to connect the trees to a vacuum pump that helps extract the sap. This clear sap ranges from 1-3% sugar content and is then run through a reverse osmosis system to increase the sugar content before being boiled in our evaporator. The boiling process is made more efficient using steam recovery systems to save fuel oil. Once the syrup is 67% sugar, it is bottled and sealed at a high temperature to eliminate any bacteria growth.
