Pure Grade-A Gallon Nova Maple Syrup

Family owned and operated, Nova Maple Syrup is sustainably produced in Northwest Pennsylvania, harvested from their own hardwood forests. The product is 100% pure, all natural, and free from chemicals, preservatives, artificial flavors, colors, or other additives. The syrup is made from 100% real maple sap and is gluten and dairy free. It is hot packed and sealed in a 100% BPA free plastic jug for safety.

Nova Maple Syrup uses the new International Grading System and sells Grade-A Golden Delicate Taste, Amber Rich, Dark Robust, and Very Dark Strong syrups. They do not sell the new Grade-B Commercial syrup. The darker syrup has a stronger maple flavor than the lighter syrup, but both are equally sweet and are comprised of 67% all natural sugar and 33% water. Nova Maple Syrup taps both hard and soft maple trees and uses tubing and a vacuum pump to collect the sap. The collected sap is run through a reverse osmosis system to increase the sugar content before being boiled down into syrup. The syrup is then bottled at a high temperature to eliminate any bacteria growth.

The business venture was established in 2015 and has grown from a hobby to a commercial operation with 22,500 taps across 4 properties.
