At Nova Maple Syrup, we tap both hard and soft maple trees across four properties in the winter months. The collected sap is then piped into an evaporator after undergoing a reverse osmosis system to increase its sugar content. Through our careful boiling process, we ensure that the maple syrup is of the highest quality before it is bottled and sent to our customers.

Our journey began in 2015 with a 100-acre property in Hartstown, Pennsylvania, and has since expanded to over 275 acres with a total of 22,500 taps. The business itself started as a hobby on just 1.5 acres with 50 trees and has since evolved into a thriving family-owned operation. We take pride in the fact that our farm and family are still growing, and we are committed to delivering delicious products made with care and dedication.
