Introducing Nova Maple Syrup, a family-produced, sustainably harvested product from Northwest Pennsylvania. Our syrup is free from chemicals, organic herbicides, and pesticides, and our plastic jugs are 100% BPA free.

Our 100% pure, all-natural maple cream butter spread is of Grade A quality, with the best flavor and color available. Made in the USA and harvested from our Pennsylvania hardwood forests, all our syrup is Grade-A with sub-grades that vary based on the season and tree conditions. We offer Grade-A Golden Delicate Taste, Amber Rich, Dark Robust, and Very Dark Strong syrup, and we do not ship the new Grade-B Commercial. Our products are gluten and dairy-free, with no artificial flavors, preservatives, or dyes.

In addition to our maple syrup, we also offer maple sugar, maple cream, and melt-in-your-mouth maple candy. Our tapping process begins in January or February when we tap both hard and soft maple trees across our four properties. The collected maple sap is run through a reverse osmosis system to increase sugar content before it is boiled down to produce our syrup.

Our high-quality syrup is carefully bottled at a high temperature to eliminate any bacteria growth, and throughout the year we use the syrup to create our other products. Since our establishment in 2015, we have expanded from a 100-acre property to 275 acres, with 22,500 taps. Our business venture began as a hobby in 2013, and since then we have become a family-owned operation with a focus on sustainability and producing the highest quality syrup possible.

Our syrup is made from pure Grade A maple syrup, with no chemicals, preservatives, artificial flavors, colors, or other additives. It is harvested and made in the USA and 100% sustainably harvested from our Pennsylvania hardwood forests. Our solar-powered equipment and energy-saving systems keep our resource use to a minimum.
