Our process for making Grade A maple syrup involves tapping the maple trees in the sugarbush in mid-winter, concentrating the sap in a reverse osmosis machine, boiling the sap down to syrup in the sugarhouse, and finally aging the syrup in Bourbon barrels before bottling and labeling each product. We have a 1,000-acre sugarbush in Cambridge, Vermont, certified organic and bird-friendly. Our partnership with family sugarmakers across the state allows us to acquire the maple syrup to make our products.
